Give up red meat - I saw this coming.

An eminent professor has said giving up red meat will save the planet and we should all consider it.

Another researcher has said we should eat only one portion of red meat a week, one glass of milk a day and one slice of cheese a day PLUS put a hefty tax on dairy products to put people off.

This is the start of the vegan mafias campaign to get us to only eat beans and dust 👍👍

I have cut down massively on red meat, and have even gone meat free in a lot of meals, but I wouldn’t want to give it up completely.

We should eat less red meat; it’s only in the last few decades that humans have eaten anything like this amount. And cutting down on dairy is just common sense - the professor isn’t saying become vegan.

However. Did you hear Frankie Boyle’s take on this? He said vegans suggest a plant based diet will help the environment, and that’s true. But if you want to help even more, become a cannibal. Eating just one other person halves your carbon footprint for life. And if you really want to help, then eat a pilot...

Each to their own. Friends of ours are vegan and believe that not eating meat leads to less cow farts leads to an improved environment. All good if it makes them happy. But it's all bollocks. More vegetables, farming, etc, equals less land for wildlife and us. Moderation. Plants, meat, fish, fruit in reasonable quantities is good for all.
Fucking simple really.

Isn't the issue what we call moderation? Jokes aside, take a step back in the meat isle of the supermarket and look at how fucking glutinous we have become as a race. Even compared to 20/30 years ago.
